This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them for notcourse purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy.
1. Coverage
This policy applies to one-time course purchases and recurring all-courses subscriptions sold on notcourse.
Payment processing and invoice issuance are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
2. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel subscription renewal at any time from your billing management link or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access until the current paid period ends.
3. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are generally accepted within 14 days of the original payment date.
We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund patterns, or substantial content consumption inconsistent with normal evaluation.
4. Non-refundable scenarios
Unless required by law, partial-period subscription fees after renewal are non-refundable.
Completed billing cycles that already delivered full access may be non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a billing issue, contact support first so we can resolve it quickly.
Payment disputes may temporarily suspend account access while the dispute is open.
6. How to request a refund
Email support with your account email, order ID, and reason for request.
We review requests case-by-case and respond as quickly as possible.
