1. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with applicable laws.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
notcourse may offer one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.
Current public pricing includes a single course purchase (USD 20), an all-courses monthly subscription (USD 30/month), and an annual subscription (USD 240/year), unless updated on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and its payment providers.
- Subscription billing repeats automatically until canceled.
- You authorize recurring charges when starting a subscription or trial that converts to paid access.
3. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel subscription renewal at any time through your billing portal or support.
After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid billing period, unless required otherwise by law.
- Refund requests are reviewed according to the published Refund Policy.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to temporary account restrictions while the case is reviewed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or infringing content.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, repeated payment failure, chargeback abuse, legal risk, or severe policy violations.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations for prior billing periods.
6. No guaranteed outcomes and content scope
notcourse provides educational tools and does not guarantee job placement, income, certifications, or any specific learning outcome.
Product content is for informational and educational purposes and is not legal, tax, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
7. Intellectual property
notcourse software, design, content, and trademarks are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain rights to your own submissions, while granting notcourse a license to process them for service delivery and improvement.
8. Service availability and disclaimers
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, notcourse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for claims related to paid services is limited to amounts paid by you for those services during the previous 12 months.
10. Dispute resolution and class action waiver
Where legally permitted, disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration instead of court litigation, except for small claims and injunctive relief claims.
To the extent permitted by law, you and notcourse waive participation in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of notcourse operator, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
